Mark received his Bachelor of Laws degree in 2006 from the Univerisity of Western Ontario and was called to the bar in 2007 and subsequently joined the firm of Waghorn Stephens Sipos and Poulton. In 2008, he moved with his family Gabrielle, Colin and Cate to St. Marys and they are all very proud of their new community.

Mark practices real estate, wills, estates, corporate/commercial law and family law. He works with an eye towards reducing costs and conflict by working out practical and realistic solutions, recognizing that best conflict solutions are negotiated by the participants – not imposed by the courts.
